About The Position

VNA Alliance is a faith-based, non-profit organization based in Meadville, Pennsylvania, serving Crawford, Mercer, Venango, Erie, Forest, Warren, Butler, and Lawrence counties. They offer skilled nursing, palliative care, and comprehensive therapy services. VNA Alliance is seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join their growing team. The role allows for remote/video visit capability and offers support for ongoing certifications and specializations, including free CEUs. Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 6 months acute care or rehabilitation center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing, palliative care, and comprehensive therapy services.
• Conduct patient visits, including remote/video visits.
• Support patients' 'aging in place' objectives.
