About The Position

This is a Full-Time opening at our Exeter outpatient office (4885 Demoss Rd, Suite 201, Reading, PA 19606). The Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans and implements treatment programs for referred patients according to accepted principles and practices of Occupational Therapy. The role involves supervision of assistants, aides, and students, and support for all programs in the Rehabilitation Continuum. The position requires maintaining working relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers, allied health professionals, ancillary services, and hospital support personnel.

Requirements

• Master's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Master's Degree
• PA Occupational Therapy License
• PA Occupational Therapy Temp Licensure will be required in lieu of full licensure
• BLS Certification
• Excellent Communications Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Microsoft Office Applications

Responsibilities
