About The Position
We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to support a long-term contract at a state facility in Coalinga. This is a solid opportunity for someone local to the Central Valley or a traveler looking for a stable assignment with housing provided.
Requirements
- Active California Occupational Therapist license
- AHA BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients and building treatment plans focused on daily functioning and independence
- Helping patients improve ADLs (dressing, bathing, eating, etc.)
- Running therapeutic activities to support cognitive and motor skills
- Working closely with an interdisciplinary team
- Documenting patient progress and updates
