Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Home Care experience
- Skilled in ADL Training and Home Safety Evaluations
- Skilled in Adaptive Equipment Recommendations
- Skilled in Cognitive and Functional Assessments
- Skilled in Client & Family Education
- A problem-solver who loves thinking outside the box
