About The Position

Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) assignment working 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 36 guaranteed hours weekly. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations to help restore independence and improve quality of life within a rehabilitation and long-term care setting. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and documenting patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates should be comfortable working with geriatric and rehabilitation patient populations in a skilled nursing environment.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist License required
• BLS Certification required

Nice To Haves

• Previous SNF or rehab experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills preferred
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
