Occupational Therapist
About The Position
Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join its teams at The Southwood, Southfork, Somerset Court of Mocksville, and Mocksville Senior Living, senior living communities in Winston-Salem and Mocksville, North Carolina. The role provides a full range of occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with professional qualifications, practices, and ethical standards. The position offers a personalized orientation and ongoing team support. Schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays. The hourly rate is $44–$50, with weekly pay. Health, dental, and vision benefits are available after the first month, along with student loan repayment and a competitive 401(k) match.
Requirements
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state occupational therapy license or registration.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience: 0–1 years.
Nice To Haves
- Current valid CPR certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
- Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
