About The Position
Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. We are currently hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions. Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license in California
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
- Help patients regain independence and improve quality of life
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
