About The Position

Synergy Care Inc. is hiring an Occupational Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Houston, Texas. The therapist provides occupational therapy and related services to patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with occupational therapy principles and practices and Synergy Care guidelines. The role includes evaluating patients, developing initial and ongoing treatment and discharge plans, supervising assistants, and participating in case management. The therapist represents Synergy Care’s commitment to quality and service in interactions with the facility and adheres to state occupational therapy regulations. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of occupational therapy, or be expected to graduate from such an institution within the next six months.
Hold valid National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
Currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license as an Occupational Therapist, where appropriate.
