The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial deficits. This role involves assessing a patient's ability to safely and effectively perform independent living skills, designing and implementing appropriate treatment plans, and documenting patient progress. The therapist will also monitor and modify care plans as needed, seek consultation, educate patients and families, and plan for patient discharge. Additionally, the Occupational Therapist will oversee the care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants and therapy 3-Technicians.
