About The Position

Practice OT the way it should be — one patient, one home, one focused hour at a time. No productivity quotas. No double-booking. No clinic burnout. Just real 1:1 care, on a schedule you build yourself. You set the schedule. Work as much or as little as you want — true PRN, no minimums, no pressure. You own the clinical plan. Full autonomy to assess, design, and execute treatment your way. You get paid even when we miss. Our Scheduling Assurance Plan covers up to 2 unfilled cancellations per month. You start fast. Onboarding in roughly 2 weeks, so you're earning quickly.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active New Jersey OT license.
• 1+ year U.S. clinical experience (home care preferred).
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and bedside manner.

Nice To Haves

• Home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, and execute treatment plans with full autonomy.
• Provide 1:1 care in patients' homes.
• Manage scheduling and documentation with support from an admin team.
• Coordinate care with relevant parties.
