About The Position
Our team is growing, and we’re looking for top-caliber Occupational Therapists to join us in Surprise and surrounding locations in Arizona. This position is partially staffed in one of our senior living community partners, Fellowship Square. FOX Rehabilitation is a pioneer of Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults in their communities. We provide occupational therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism, drive rewarding patient outcomes, and facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. We offer the flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule and encourage an interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes.
Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
