About The Position

Big Stone Therapies is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join its therapy team serving communities in Minnesota and North Dakota, including Hallock, Larimore, and Lakota. The position is based in Hallock, Minnesota, and at Good Samaritan Society locations in Larimore and Lakota, North Dakota. The schedule is generally 40 hours per week on a flexible Monday-through-Friday schedule. The therapist will work across skilled nursing/long-term care, outpatient, hospital inpatient, and home health settings, with a varied caseload. The role is part of collaborative multidisciplinary care teams that provide physical, occupational, and speech-language therapy. Big Stone Therapies’ mission is to provide rehabilitation services that optimize health and function for families and businesses through hands-on care.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Must have or be eligible for occupational therapy licensure in Minnesota and North Dakota.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services across SNF/LTC, outpatient, hospital inpatient, and home health settings.
Participate in collaborative multidisciplinary care teams providing patient care.
