About The Position

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join its rehabilitation team at Kavod Senior Life, a senior living community with primarily Independent Living residents and a smaller Assisted Living population. This salaried position guarantees 40 hours per week and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. The role has an 80% productivity expectation and provides individualized, one-on-one care rather than high-volume outpatient treatment. The Occupational Therapist will deliver functional treatment throughout the community, helping residents maintain independence and achieve personally meaningful goals. The role includes an opportunity to participate in the CAPABLE Program, which brings Occupational Therapy and Nursing together to support older adults’ functional goals. Specialized CAPABLE training includes motivational interviewing and resident-led goal setting and action planning. Russian language skills are a plus but are not required. Legacy Healthcare Services is a not-for-profit provider of personalized therapy services in senior living communities. It serves nearly 500 communities throughout the United States and is therapist-founded and therapist-led. Its Legacy GROW initiative expands beyond traditional rehabilitation through wellness, prevention, outcomes, and quality-of-life programs, including LiveFit wellness services and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring. Eligible clinic team members may participate in a performance-based incentive program when their clinic achieves established growth goals.
