About The Position
Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join their Brevard clinic. This role focuses on providing integrated care for children from birth through age 21, emphasizing collaboration, mentorship, and exceptional pediatric care. The position offers protected time for planning, documentation, and collaboration, dedicated professional development, interdisciplinary teamwork, and efficient documentation tools. Clinicians will have variety in practice settings, including clinics, schools, daycares, homes, community settings, and telehealth, with a clear path for career growth. Each clinician is centered at a designated Home Clinic for a consistent professional base, providing space for materials, resources, and personal display of credentials.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina
- Value collaboration, continued learning, and child- and family-centered care
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of experience preferred
- Strong pediatric candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, and motor-based needs.
- Utilize engaging, evidence-based interventions to help children participate more fully in everyday life, including play, learning, self-care, sensory processing, and motor development.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to share ideas, solve problems, and support one another.
