Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.
Two (2) years of experience as a Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
Active and unencurembered Occupational Therapist license in state(s) of employment.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Required within 30 days of hire).
