About The Position

This Occupational Therapist assignment is in a Skilled Nursing Facility or rehab setting. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with cognitive and ADL-related functional impairments, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life. The OT will manage a caseload, develop individualized care plans, and contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience.
• Prior experience in a long-term care or rehab setting.
• Active Oklahoma OT license.
• Demonstrate knowledge of NBCOT standards, state practice acts, and ethical guidelines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Adaptability.
• Teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• New graduates may be considered only if they have completed Level II clinical experience.
