About The Position

We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist (full-time or part-time) to support children and families throughout Visalia and surrounding Central Valley communities. This unique hybrid role combines in-person and virtual support, offering direct Early Intervention services with children and families, meaningful 1:1 parent coaching and family-centered care, clinical supervision and mentorship of COTAs, and virtual OT consultation and support for clinicians across California. Opportunities to represent and support occupational therapy services in interdisciplinary and educational meetings are also included, along with flexible scheduling and a collaborative team environment. The role involves providing therapy and communicating client progress to parents/guardians, general education teachers, school administration, district personnel, and other service professionals via progress reporting and IEPs.

Requirements

License / Certification from the state of California in Occupational Therapy
Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (at least 25/50k liability coverage)
Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ
A current TB Test
