We believe in the strength of mentorship and training and are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists ranging from new graduates to tenured professionals to be part of our talented team. A day in the life of a CI therapist is filled with learning, growing, creating, hard work, and most of all - fun! We offer a competitive base salary with the potential to earn up to an additional $24,000 annually through productivity based compensation. We have a notably lower productivity expectation compared to the often higher productivity pressures in other settings, providing you with unparalleled flexibility to determine your caseload size and prioritize your work-life balance in your professional practice. And for those driven to excel and increase their income, our transparent productivity compensation system rewards higher productivity with substantial additional earnings. We are seeking therapists with diverse experiences and backgrounds to join our OT team. We are happy to offer a generous relocation bonus to make your move to the beautiful Madison, WI area easy!
