About The Position
Wee Care Liberty POST is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTR) in Dyer, IN and surrounding areas. Since its start in 1994, Wee Care has grown to be one of the largest pediatric intervention service providers in northwest Indiana and the southern Chicago suburbs. The agency employs highly regarded professionals and maintains a model treatment facility. In Fall 2024, Wee Care joined Liberty POST, an early intervention agency that has offered high-quality and individualized services since 1994. Backed by Liberty Resources Inc., POST has grown to provide a range of services throughout New York State and now Indiana. They employ over 500 professionals and offer a collaborative team approach to provide evaluation, direct therapy, and family education through child-directed play. They focus on the importance of a child’s natural learning environment, a family’s unique strengths and needs, and the diverse population they serve.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, monitor, and track child's progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Test and evaluate child's abilities to determine realistic goals.
