About The Position
The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides a full range of occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Services are delivered in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. The role is located at Harrisons Crossing Health Campus in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
- 0–1 years of experience.
Nice To Haves
- Current valid CPR certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
- Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
