About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is seeking passionate and dedicated full-time Occupational Therapists (OTs) for the 2026–2027 school year in a school-based setting. As a local company founded by women therapists, we truly understand what it takes to support both students and the professionals who serve them, and we would love to work with you!!
Requirements
- Active state OT license
- CDE certification (or willingness to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide evaluations and treatment services in school settings
- Complete IEPs and required documentation
- Collaborate closely with Special Education teams
