About The Position

CVHCare is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide home health clinical services in the Santa Clara and San Jose areas. Occupational therapy focuses on helping patients perform daily activities and movements using common household items or adaptive equipment. Therapists train patients and caregivers in self-care activities such as grooming, dressing, toileting, and bathing, as well as activities including cooking, housekeeping, laundry, and shopping. The team also supports community reintegration and introduces patients to leisure activities as part of a holistic approach to health and wellness. The position is available on full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules. Requirements

Valid California Occupational Therapist license.
CPR/BLS certification.
