About The Position
Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Dynamic Rehab team at The Bridges on Parkview, a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Henderson, NC! This role offers a schedule of Monday-Friday, with no holidays or weekends. Synchrony believes in setting employees up for success by providing personalized orientation and ongoing support. Requirements
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- 0-1 years of experience
Nice To Haves
- Current valid CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
- Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Other duties as assigned.
