About The Position

Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Saturday-only Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative and innovative environment. The primary goal is to improve service delivery to clients by offering Saturday availability. The Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy to children and families in the clinic, clients' schools, and homes, working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. Responsibilities include fostering each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through individualized therapy, implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches (e.g., DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), reflex integration), collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists and social workers, and documenting progress while communicating with families for continuity of care.

Requirements

  • Must be a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT).
  • Must be available on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.
  • Must commit to a 3, 4, or 5-month period.
  • Must not have more than 3 of 12 absences.
  • Must be able to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy.
  • Must be able to work with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.

  • Must be able to provide individualized therapy.
