About The Position

Dove Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its rehabilitation team in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. The limited-term position is available from February through May 2027, with casual opportunities available to start immediately. The role supports inpatient and outpatient patients in a modern therapy gym equipped with contemporary technology, with a consistent caseload, less travel, and productivity expectations designed to support quality patient care. Experienced therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply. The role offers opportunities to develop a specialty and expand clinical skills while working with a supportive, collaborative team. Requirements

For the Occupational Therapist role: a master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university, or a bachelor's degree for those grandfathered in.
For the Occupational Therapist role: a current Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin.
For the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant role: an associate's degree as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited college.
For the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant role: a current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Wisconsin.
