About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Yuma, AZ area. This is an in-person, full-time position with an elementary caseload. The company is a woman and therapist-run organization focused on supporting clinicians in school-based settings.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Arizona OT License
Nice To Haves
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in the school setting
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
