Requirements
- Valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
- Passion for delivering high-quality care in post-acute and long-term care settings
- Commitment to teamwork, professional growth, and patient-centered outcomes

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions per physician orders
- Supervise and support Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with California State Practice Acts
- Participate in care conferences, utilization reviews, and rehab meetings to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Complete timely and accurate evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, and recertifications in accordance with OT Board standards
- Recommend, order, and train patients on durable medical equipment (DME) to promote safety and functional independence
- Provide caregiver training and education to families and nursing staff to support positive discharge outcomes
