About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Tucson, AZ area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. This is a part-time position, 0.4 FTE (2 days a week), focusing solely on evaluations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Arizona OT License
- Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Nice To Haves
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
