About The Position

The Occupational Therapist at Rosebud Village joins the ASC Therapies and Wellness team to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through clinical care. The role offers the opportunity to learn residents’ life stories and build meaningful relationships in a supportive environment with experienced therapy leaders. A structured nine-month mentorship program is available to help develop clinical skills and expertise.

Requirements

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through occupational therapy.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
