About The Position

The Occupational Therapist is a licensed professional who is responsible for maintaining standards of professional and ethical practice in accordance with regulatory agencies and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). The Occupational Therapist demonstrates proficient clinical knowledge and skills in providing and initiating treatment programs for individuals with physical impairments. Utilizing a collaborative team approach, the Occupational therapist accurately assesses patients' needs: identifies and initiates appropriate Occupational therapy interventions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Degree with certificate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist License.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree: Degree with certificate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Upon hire: CHT or HTC and PAM for all Hand Therapists.
  • 1 year of experience in an adult physical disability setting.
