About The Position

Concierge Home Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN position in home health. This role offers flexibility, supportive leadership, and modern technology, allowing therapists to focus on patient care and quality of life. The position involves providing skilled therapy services in patients' homes to help them regain independence, improve daily function, and safely perform activities of daily living.

Requirements

Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
CPR certification
Ability to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

Nice To Haves

Home health experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Conduct patient evaluations and home environment assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
Provide therapy focused on improving functional mobility and daily living skills
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Supervise and delegate care to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when appropriate
Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted tools
