About The Position

As an Occupational Therapist at Ben Hur Health & Rehab, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories. You will use clinical skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role is part of the ASC Therapies and Wellness team and offers a supportive environment with experienced therapy leaders and a structured nine-month mentorship program. The position calls for a supportive presence, leadership, collaboration with nursing and other facility teams, teamwork, and interpersonal communication. Requirements

Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Indiana.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through occupational therapy.
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
