About The Position

This position is located in Ellenville, NY. It is a Fee for Service, part-time role with full-time potential, working during the school day. The start date is 7/1/26 or sooner. Compensation ranges from $84-$110/hour, determined by the service provided, professional experience, and license/certifications. The role can be full-time or fee-for-service depending on caseload, which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
Current New York State Occupational Therapy License

Responsibilities

Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
