Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
At least 1+ year pediatric experience required
Passionate about making a difference in children’s lives
Growth-minded, adaptable, and excited to innovate in healthcare

Responsibilities

Transform children’s lives
Expand clinical expertise with a diverse pediatric caseload
Collaborate with OT, PT, and Speech Therapy
Collaborate with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts for guidance in complex cases
Participate in international and local therapeutic mission opportunities
Engage in quarterly community service initiatives

Competitive Compensation ($70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience)
