About The Position

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join their team in Western North Carolina. This role focuses on providing integrated care for children from birth through age 21, emphasizing collaboration among OTs, PTs, SLPs, Psychology, and Behavioral Health. The position offers protected time for planning, documentation, and collaboration, dedicated professional development and mentorship, interdisciplinary teamwork, sustainable productivity through advanced tools, and varied practice settings including clinics, schools, daycares, homes, community settings, and telehealth. Clinicians are based at a designated Home Clinic for a consistent professional base and access to resources. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat children with developmental, sensory, and motor-based needs, using evidence-based interventions to improve participation in daily life activities such as play, learning, self-care, sensory processing, and motor development.

Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina
Value collaboration, continued learning, and child- and family-centered care
1+ years of experience preferred (strong pediatric candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities
