About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Irmo, SC. You’ll support students' lives working in-person with students to support students' function and participation at school. This is a short-term position for the 2026-2027 School Year, with flexible scheduling. Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in South Carolina, or licensed in another state and willing to obtain SC licensure ASAP

Nice To Haves

Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
School-based experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

Provide school-based evaluations, direct treatment, and progress monitoring for students (pediatric caseload)
Write and maintain IEPs, therapy plans, progress notes, and required documentation
Attend and contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary special education team meetings
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success
