About The Position
The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, in an interdisciplinary environment and consistent with professional qualifications, practices, and ethical standards. The role includes personalized orientation and support from the Synchrony team.
Requirements
- Current, valid state occupational therapy licensure or registration, which must be maintained.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience: 0–1 years.
Nice To Haves
- Current valid CPR certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
- Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
