About The Position
Infinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist within our therapy team at Terraces at Los Altos located in Los Altos, CA. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule with options for M-F, Tu-Sa, or Su-Th, and 4, 6, or 8 hours/day. The role involves utilizing NetHealth for documentation and providing direct patient care to adults with various medical conditions. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy
- State license

- One year of experience as an OT
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders
- Supervise COTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve
