About The Position
PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist for its home health care team in Burleson, Texas. The role partners with patients in their recovery at home, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. The therapist focuses on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, supporting long-term wellness, promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient’s needs. The position provides skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas.
- Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
- Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage a variety of patient personalities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

- Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
- Educate patients and families on techniques that support recovery and independence.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
