Provides occupational therapy treatments and/or supervises treatments to assigned adults, utilizes structured activities, equipment and environmental settings to provide persons with specific treatment modalities designed to restore muscle strength, increase the resident’s range of motion, increase psycho-social coping skills, improve muscle coordination and expose persons to neurodevelopmental, and sensory-motor exercises. Work may also require exposure to low to medium amounts of noise in a long-term residential setting. On occasion, the work may require flexible hours outside of normal business hours.
