Total Compensation Potential for this Occupational Therapy (OT) Position is: $70,000- $85,000 per year. Requirements

  • Texas State license in Occupational Therapy (OT)
  • Master's or doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) required unless transitioned into accreditation with a bachelor's degree
  • Passion for changing the lives of others

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) preferred

Responsibilities

  • On-site cross-discipline mentorship between Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy
  • Collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, offering support in challenging behavior scenarios
  • Diverse patient population for expanded treatment options
  • Career growth opportunities and leadership development
  • Involvement in therapeutic mission work both internationally and locally
  • Exceptional and manageable productivity requirements of only 26 of your 40 hours in direct patient care
