About The Position

Vertical Health Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team in Saint Joseph, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, supportive leadership, and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

Nice To Haves

• SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
• New to skilled nursing? Many OTs here treat the same diagnoses seen in hospital settings with more time to connect with and care for each patient.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care patients
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
