Performs a range of Occupational Therapy services including evaluation, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients across various functional domains. This role involves interpreting provider referrals, evaluating patients in areas such as independent living skills, occupational performance, prevocational work adjustment, educational skills, play-leisure abilities, social skills, and psychosocial skills. The therapist will develop and implement individualized treatment plans with regular assessment of progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role includes educating patients and families, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and attending departmental meetings. Other duties as assigned are also part of the general responsibilities.
