About The Position

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric therapy services in Lufkin, Texas. The organization delivers in-home occupational therapy to help children build independence, confidence, and everyday skills. Services may be provided in in-home or hybrid settings, with flexible scheduling options.

The therapist will use an individualized, whole-child approach and collaborate with physical and speech-language therapists. Pediatric experience is preferred, and enthusiastic new graduates are welcome. Pay starts at $70 per session. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered; eligibility for stipends and bonuses depends on meeting required visit minimums and length of employment.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in in-home or hybrid settings.
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, activities of daily living, self-regulation, and play.
• Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain timely documentation.
