About The Position

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a playful, compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric occupational therapy in Texarkana, Texas. The role delivers in-home or hybrid therapy to help children build independence, confidence, and everyday skills. Therapists work collaboratively with physical and speech-language therapists and families, using individualized, evidence-based care. The position is PRN and part-time, with flexible scheduling options. Pay starts at $70 per session. Eligibility for stipends and bonuses depends on meeting required visit minimums and length of employment.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas.
• A playful, patient, and resourceful attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in in-home or hybrid settings.
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, activities of daily living, self-regulation, and play.
• Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain timely documentation.
