About The Position

Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at The Chapel Hill Community in Canal Fulton, OH is seeking its next employee-owner team member. Rehab Services provided by Symbria will commence September 1, 2026. Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
