About The Position
Symbria is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Rehab Team at Cross Keys in New Oxford, PA, to impact the lives of the older adult population. Rehab Services provided by Symbria will commence June 1, 2026. For over 20 years, Symbria has fostered an excellent work environment for talented employees to deliver patient-centered care to geriatric patients in senior-living and post-acute settings. Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists
- Hold a valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
Nice To Haves
- Nethealth experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve
