About The Position
This role involves evaluating patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, or psychosocial deficits. The Occupational Therapist will assess safety and effectiveness in performing independent living skills, design plans of care specifying treatment types and frequencies, and modify plans continuously based on monitored patient progress.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Occupational Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Nice To Haves
- Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
