We are a growing company looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team in the community of Marshall, MN. This position is primarily based in an adult outpatient setting and offers a diverse, engaging caseload spanning upper extremity and hand therapy, neurological conditions, cognitive rehabilitation, and more. We welcome applicants with an interest in Hand Therapy, Splinting, and/or Lymphedema. Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around. This position will work with an OTA and a team of OTs across the hospital campus.

Requirements

Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Must have, or be eligible for, OT licensing in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services in an adult outpatient setting.
Manage a diverse caseload including upper extremity and hand therapy, neurological conditions, and cognitive rehabilitation.
Collaborate with an OTA and a team of OTs across the hospital campus.
Work within a multidisciplinary team approach.
