About The Position

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to work in its outpatient clinics in Buchanan and Croton-On-Hudson. The role provides one-on-one outpatient occupational therapy and involves evaluating patients, creating and adjusting individualized care plans, fabricating custom splints as needed, documenting evaluations and treatment progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The clinics are described as having state-of-the-art facilities. Mentorship is available for new graduates.

The anticipated base salary is $80,000–$90,000, with eligibility for incentive compensation. Salary depends on factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Incentive compensation plans may change.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapist program.
• New York State Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience is preferred; mentorship is available for new graduates.
• Sensory integration experience is a plus.
